I saw this today and thought of the mission to change the world one interaction at a time. Dr. Dyer is suggesting that we can only send love to others if we ourselves are filled with love. This concept is counter intuitive to our drive to put others first, not taking care of ourselves. I wonder how the world would change if we did take the time to fill ourselves with love so that we have something to send out into the world.
The challenge: to you and to me is to take seven days and do something to fill yourself with love. Observe how your interactions change when your inner sense of love is increase and your awareness is heightened.
